License Agreement

FOR ICONFISH ROYALTY-FREE ICONS All transactions are made under the jurisdiction and choice of law Gibraltar, Europe. All contracting entered into is subject to that jurisdiction and law. This is a legal agreement between You, the purchaser, and Iconfish.com, Gibraltar (“Iconfish.com”). By downloading any royalty-free icons from our website, you agree to the following:

• All of the icons remain the property of Iconfish.com. The icons can be used royalty-free by the licensee for any personal or commercial projects. You cannot resell these icons. Royalty free simply means you can use them on your own project only! This non-exclusive license includes all uses of the image data except that these icons may not be sold or redistributed (in whole or in part).
• Iconfish.com shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, this product or any individual image.
• Royalty free does not allow you to resell any icons from Iconfish.com This License Agreement shall remain in full force and effect throughout the entire duration of use of the icons. It shall be terminated in the event the user does not comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement and or full payment has not been made.

Nontransferable License
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to any other individual or entity.

Product Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified.

No Refund Policy
Purchases from our website are non-refundable due to the non-returnable nature of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, an exchange may be issued for alternate item(s) equal to or less than the value of your purchase at our discretion within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

Disclaimer
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. We reserve the right to modify or revise this license at any time.
